Every CLICK case and screen protector is covered against manufacturing defects, and the cover does not expire while you own the product.

What is covered, and for how long
The warranty covers a manufacturing defect in the product itself. It runs from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser.
- Cases and screen protectors: Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- Speakers: 12 months.
What you get
An approved claim is replaced with the same product, or with the closest equivalent if that one is no longer made.
You pay standard shipping and handling on the replacement. There is no charge for the product itself.
How to file a claim
Claims go through the warranty claim form, linked at the end of this section. Every claim is read by a person, and photographs are what let us settle one quickly.
- Your email address and name.
- The product name or model, and the phone it was bought for.
- A short description of the problem.
- A photograph of the damage or defect.
- The shipping address for the replacement.
- Your receipt or order confirmation, and the date and place of purchase. These are optional and they speed a claim up.
Register your product
Registration is optional. It records the purchase now so a claim later does not depend on finding a receipt.
Your legal rights
This is a limited warranty offered by Balaji Trading, Inc.. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
A warranty claim is separate from a return. If you simply changed your mind, the returns policy is the faster route.
